Tuesday, today. My bro bdae today, so ya happy bdae ^^ then today i finish all my work yesterday. so i didnt really know what i was getting for today… so blur blur wake up blur blur go work lor.

Morning
Got to work, sat there and did some web surfing, facebook and stuff, then here came the work! Sian, same old stuff, looking through .txt files, damm sian… but i guess its my job. So what to do.. DO LOR! So basically i finished 1 .txt file before lunch and passed it up, but realised i gt some errors in the previous file i did, so had to go back and edit more. After lunch i guess

Lunch
Ate fastfood today, just didn’t know wad to get so stick with western food that i realised i was more comfortable with. So [2 Burgers,1 MeatStick and A cup of Red Milk Tea + Pearl] 2 is not alot la ok, I never eat breakfast XD excuse to be fat! So after that play games, WT and Immortals. So back to work

Afternoon
So finish the edits on the 2nd piece of txt, passed everything up.. and got like 4 similar txt files to edit, really really boring stuff. I starting to talk and think like NPCs, repeating the same thing to everyone that talks to them. So this will take me at least 2 days to complete, if i don’t fall asleep editing them. So ya just did it, and the weather here is taking a nice change for warmth, feels nice not to shiver, but I hope I won’t start sweating anytime soon. So did that till about 6 and went on my merry way home.

Evening Dinner
Came back a realised, I forgot to bring my cam back with me! OH MY GAWD! Faster call the Manager, ask for the staying back staff, and tell him help me keep, lucky it was still there XD so pretty sorry there won’t be pics for today’s dinner, but its [Stir-Fry Veggie , and Bittergourd Fried with Meat] with rice. so veggie, is the normal stuff, and Bittergourd is mostly more Bittergourd then Meat, will remember to order MEAT with Bittergourd lolx. So over and done with that.

Today came to know one of my friend’s relationship problems, talk abit.. kinda miss HuiYuan. Abit of regrets coming here, but i guess time will zoom zoom passby, and i will be back at SG in no time! So anyway i wish all the best to my friends and buddies, to settle their own stuff and a very happy bdae to my di, I will get a cake and eat it for u So yup pretty much all for today. BTW, my workplace, the coders bo dai bo ji will !@#$!@%!!!! de so i very scared i might just get used to it, so when i come back, start using those stuff, please please please correct me. 10th March 08 – Monday

Monday, start work le today need finis checking grammer, I oso want to edit pics to post for the previous few post and this, but just kinda lazy to do it =x but will get it done, and thats all i really know for today. So anyway continue continue.

Morning
Went to work, forgot to bring my pass -.- lucky just on the staircase walking down, i faster rush up go take.. then continue walk to school, actually plan to approve christine de comment, but somehow my office cannt access my blog.. but can go doodlenoodle ~.~ so ya must wait ar. So after trying on wordpress awhile, i continue to do my grammer checking, and finished it at around 10, and a new attachment student from student, came and will be sitting beside me for at least a week.Then i had to document some of the stuff that i corrected previously, basically just make digital version of their handwritten stuff. So lunch first then do more XD

Lunch
Today we decided to have noodles, but sad to say.. its just some fried maggie mee, and damm i dont even know the name =x but ya, ABIT of meat. and some egg, cabbage, and maggie mee. It tasted fine, so i just finish everything. After that i install Wolfteam on to the company machine.. alot people just come and ask me wad is it, i guess games company, natural reaction. They care more for games then humans hahax.

Afternoon
So i finish the documentation… andddd MORE GRAMMER CHECKING, walau really starting to get boring -.- but just suck it up and do la, this kind of thing less stress doing in game graphics, coz if in game, must professional quality, which i dont noe if i can do. So anyway today afternoon i just look through a long long txt file, then ya finished it ended the day. So go home wierd huh, hotel>apartment>home, getting used to it le bah lolx.

Evening/Dinner
Actually i now abot to have my dinner sia lols, so i ate le dinner then come back type, [Fried Rice] and [Back To Wok Meat] then realised gt cheated -.- long story, basically, the back to wok meat not cooked on the spot wen we ordered, just taken from the counter… anyway still ok la, but starting to get sick of the fried rice, damm oily -.- but anyway thats for dinner.

So basically this concludes the day, well i hope i can unslack and go edit photos, and i need help.. u all want the photo how big size? 400X300 which is the size now, or 800X600 or any bigger size? tell via any means possible thanks. Just like that, 1 week have passed, 2months and 3 weeks till i see my family, friends, and of course you know who, if you know me well enough. Sunday today, Monday tommorow, Work for another 5 days -.-!!! but nvm, its Sunday and I intende to make full use of it! *Does superhero action!* Ok lets get down to business. Today no plans no duties, its just shopping and food!

Morning
I realised we slowly losing our abilites to have a normal breakfast, we just tend to lie in bed, refusing to get up ~.~ but anyway, i about 7am wake up le, and being me that me… I LOGIN GAME! lols and play till 11+ then took a bath, about 12+ we set off to another shopping aread [Zhong Shan Lu] its like almost 3 or 4 times the size of Bugis street, so this time smarter abit, eat lunch first then go walk.

Lunch
Had KFC, ahahaha FAST FOOD! again!!! we 2 person share a 6pcs chicken set, its just KFC la, don’t need say anything right? 1 more thing i realised, the peopl over there actually put on gloves to consume the “baked” oily chicken, but i don’t dare take pic, lols. Respect ar. So lunch finish le SHOPPING TIME!

Afternoon/Evening
So, we slowly walk, from 1 end to the other, got lost a few times, walk somemore and stuff. Sad to say this really big shopping place, has alot of the same stuff, i think there we 4 Gidarnos, 6 Balenos blah blah, walk until abit sian. End up just go aim thing to buy, Sevin aim Espirit hoody, 595Rmb.. wait offer -.- I aim Gidarno cardigan, 240.. i kiasu, oso wait offer lmao. So we just keep walking walking till about 5 or 6 like that, and then go find bus go back apartment, their buses really anyhow de, the stops placement are abit wierd not like SG, 1 across another, here, the stop is on the other street, but its like 500meters away… but 1 good thing, its only 1RMB 20cents SGD, to take the bus, from 1 interchange for another, CHEAP! ok reach the apartment, now its Dinner..

Dinner
Called from the usual place, so usual the guy actually asked, to comfirm issit you guys again? Funny la, we lazy Singaporean, cant even get of our bumps to go get Dinner, lols. So today order [Fried Rice] can call it Fry Rice, since its so oily -.- and my styrofoam box tear somemore -.- then use bowl… need wash… sianzzzzzzz. but for that amount of rice, only 1sgd, lolx save money to buy more clothes la XD.

So basically today more or less is over, so sit down and type this entry, and today i bought my first gift, and no i won’t say who. Not even if you fly over right this moment, and hold a knife on my throat! lolx now the **** guy on the run, knife considered sensitive? but anyway thats the end of the day, now i considering wether to get a haircut here anot, lols…. ok u all can advise me on that by any means possible, but ya buy for now!

8th March

8th March 08 – Saturday

Ok, its Saturday, and NO WORK! woots, today woke up at about 8 or 9? Today, we had to clean up the place, get some groceries, and rot.
So moving along.

Morning
Cleaned up the apartment, Sevin swept, and I mopped. Basically we just do for the sake of doing. Giving ourselves the illusion that its “clean” so anyway. After that, we rotted till about 11am or so and set off to get some groceries and do some shopping at a street, which is about a 20mins+ walk away from our apartment.

Afternoon
We shopped on the way to the supermarket, and started aimming, like scanner, scan for good deals hahax. So walk walk walk, feels kinda wierd to shop with a guy, I miss shopping with HuiYuan XD. But i guess its fine, so we walk all the way to the supermarket got our stuff which turned out to be about 5 bags FULL of stuff, they really master the art of stuffing. Everything squezze inside -.- so basically we regretted that we didnt have lunch first and had to lug the 5 bags of stuff to lunch

Lunch
We had Macdonalds, very “me” hor lols. In school always want eat mac XD. Basically all i can say, its EVERYWHERE, any country I’ve been to, if you try hard enough. Sure got Mac de.. lols,so I had some [Premium Grilled Chicken Sandwich] It’s like their “Mac Specialty” over there, kinda like the Chicken Rollover at SG, I think it will really be a hit over at SG, but thats not for me to decide. So after a quick lunch, we went back to one of the shops which i aim tio, hehe. got a Red and Black stripped long sleeve tee, after discount, only 9+SGD! ahahahas cheap sia, dont jealous k =x so buy finish walk walk walk, all the way back to the apartment.

Evening
After reaching the apartment, we unpacked the spoils of today shopping trip, and actually planned to go to another mall after a short rest, butttttt end up we turn on our machinces and time just flew, Sevin chiong moving, then i played WolfTeam on an uber lag connection, its an FPS game, for those who don’t know. I also tryed my new long sleeve, and realised it made me look fat, sad… but 9 dollars, no really that pain la XD the quality to me quite nice le. So ya we keep relaxing till about 6 and realised its time for dinner.

Dinner
We order takeaway again, the usual place, coz we found out the place we got our salty beehoon, the water cooked beef. Is actually the same stall, so ya. ordered 2 Dishes and 2 packs of rice. [Hui Guo Ruo - Back to the Wok Meat? its fatty pork fried with spring onions and stuff],[Stir-Fry Kong Xin Chai or Kang Kong if u like] and I wont talk about Rice anymore, since its just RICE. Overall quite nice

After dinner, continue play game. watch tv. MSN and the usual stuff, another note, I think, i might come back really fat, having lung cancer (all the smoke at my work place), Kidney or Liver Failure(Intense amount of sodium take every meal). So when I come back, please try to remind me that i have to go on diet, don bring me go buffet for AT LEAST a month, please? 7th March 08 – Friday

Yay! last day of work for the week, tml need shop for alot of daily nescestices.. those we take for granted when my parents did the grocerys hahas. So anyway down to work today, and its the chinese “san ba fu nu jie” so my company give the female staff half day leave! Then we guys slog for the whole day ._. (No i not going to change sex for that half day leave), and i already got my brother to start posting pictures on my behalf.. so NAH see all you want la. Some low quality pics i will retake and repost.

Morning
So i finished all my translation and inputing yesterday evening and was looking forward to a rot-all-you-can day. NO!~ kena this Check the mission hints job, so basically had to check thorugh about 300 beginner missions from the game, correct the grammer and stuff. Boring yes, but on the bright side I know all the missions inside out hehes. So when I play the game again, hahax dont read what NPC say also can, just Next. Slogged the morning away, learning to use the program and editing.

Lunch
Today lunch had this Beer Duck Rice, quite tasty, but it had this 2 side dishes. Cabbage, which i realised i starting to hate, and some cogulated animal’s blood, eat is can eat, but don’t really fancy it. Through out the lunch break just surfed the web, play Immortals USA and InstantAction.com 3D games, nice to see the game industry boomming, more jobs for people like me XD. So thats lunch, and i continue to more English checking after that.

Evening
Do more checking, the at about 4pm, wa tio shock, need edit some UI again, English and Chinese version login page, wa kao 20mins finish both @_@ kena rush by the coders lolx.. but i got it done, and that one 100% will get into the game. LOGIN page ok! but i only change the words nia la.. -.- but anyway, after finish that continue to do more grammer correction till about 6, the whole team staying back after work to finish stuff, but me and Sevin, jitao nothing to do, so we kinda left with permission of course. Feel kinda bad for the guys, need to stay back. I dind’t finish the correction stuff, i left with about 100 or so? Will get it done on Monday though. Dinner Time!

Dinner
Went back to the same stall that we had the super salty beehoon, but this time order 2 dishes and 2 bowls of rice, i think i will take a picture of the rice someday, i can imagine alot of girls saying, wa “hen tuo leh” – “alot leh”. hahax.. 1 of the dishes is [Egg with Bittergourd], the other is [Stir-Fry Pig's Intestine] and yes Christine its edibale, and no its not wierd. -.- the bittergourd abit raw or the french will say Aldante, the texture abit like salad veggie raw raw de. Then Pig Intestine, abit too chewy for my liking but its quite nice. And abit cheapo la, half the plate filled up with dried red chillies and fresh green chilies. I know its free, gimme more meat can -.-

Yup thats all for the day, tommorow is Sat, going out buy stuff, and need to take some photos to post here, coz the quality some really kns. I forgot to add, I have this HGI company card, they give de, put that wan in your pocket, you feel like the staff there then really part of the production. Yes, we maybe doing sai kang, but all newbies start this way, for me thats how i feel. Will take a photo of that and post it up here Thats all for today i guess, Overtin waves bye bye

Morning
Continue working on the translation stuff, basically i have to translate Weapons and Eqs from Chinese to English, sounds easy, but if you got KNS Chinese like mine.. hahaha do until u DIE, luckily Sevin pass a Chinese dictionary online… that was a real live saver… just copy paste the Chinese characters, and you get han yu pin yin and basic English meaning, GOODS MAN, i got finished most of the translation and passed it up for refinements. Lunch Time!

Lunch
Had the same thing as yesterday the western food, but… 2 Sets! lolx i a pig a agree.. Then for all those people that miss me, i found a few alternatives that you all can use to call me, and quite cheap also. I update you all asap, once i get the best deal lolx.

Evening
Back from lunch, further refined the translations and its input time! I had to input about 130 Weapons and Eq into the system, really i work like machine, copy paste copy paste. And i got everything done just before i knock off. AHAHAA my supervisor so damm shocked… but ya.. no leftover work for tommorow.. LET ME ROT PLOX!

Dinner

Morning
Continue working on the UI stuff, some minor adjustments and i was pretty much done. keep edit like siao to achieve clean lines, like in illlustrator with photoshop, LMAO so crazy ._. but i keep try like siao.. and it turn out quite ooooo kkkkk la… ya.

Lunch
Had this takeaway also, but its western! wooo meatstick, warm red milk tea and burger! quite tasty, just that meat stick is salty until.. i couldnt take pics.. coz the office is so damm dark.. and if i use flash, i will seem so.. er wtf… ya lolx.. so too bad no pix!

Evening
After lunch i finished the UI, yippie! Then kena task with translation -.- OMG, but its not me that chan.. basically Christine, LiFang and HuiYuan tio bug the rest of the day for Chinese Han Yu Pin Yin ahahahaa! but still couldn’t finish it. Leaving it for tommorrow.

After work, we went to some eatery, on the way back to the apartment had some fired beehoon, and concluded… *DrumRoll* SALT IS FREE IN CHINA! Its really salty, imagine beehoon sucking up all the broth, and soy sauce and stuff like that… lols, i have a pic.. but only can upload after i fix the damm problem -.-

Today started working on the UI, for the whole day, i did as much as i could. Edit like a dog, and the result, the coder side say nice wor, i really look forward to seeing it being displayed in the game, its not fully my work but i did work on it :p so ya not going to elaborate much.. coz not in a very good mood.

Coz i found out my bro and his 6 friends got beaten up by 10-20 “ahbengs”

after he went for lunch and on the way back to school. Frankly speaking.. these so called AhBengs I only got a few things to say la..
1. 10-20 on 7 people? attack frm the back somemore.. wimps.. 1 on 1 oso bo ji.. a bigger group still need backstab.. haiz.. when u all get rounded up and locked inside boys and girl homes.. u will realise how stupid you really were.

2. Its really sad that kids nowadays are still so babaric.. your parents gave you a brain.. an first class education in singapore.. cant you all just learn to be a tad be more civilised? Really a disgrace to us Singaporeans.. we are middle-classed country.. not some outlandish place where we fight for survival.

3. I feel sad for your parents for slogging half their lives just to raise kids like you. If you dont care what happens to you… spare a thought for your parents. You want to grow up locked up in a cell?

Lastly, why whack people le want run away? Got the fucking balls to do things.. dont have the fucking balls to admit? Seriously.. u “ahbengs”

3rd March 08 Monday

OMG its first day of work.. woke up nice and early 7am, took a nice hot bath.. but u basically feel cold once u step out of the bathroom -.- took a 20 min walk to the office, i have a picture.. same.. cant upload also.. sad. First half of the day we were rotting frankly speaking. Nothing much to talk about.. oh the working hours are, 8.30am – 11.30am LUNCH! 1pm – 6pm

After lunch we had a meeting with the Immortals team to talk listen and learn about the game, pretty cool stuff, just that its hard to understand some of the Chinese terms for technical stuff, and the unbearable amount of smoke, their lungs like vacuum cleaner.. no joke. After the meeting i realised i am the only Art guy on the immortals team, the rest were working on a new game, which i don’t think i can talk about, safer not to. I was tasked with Improving some not so finished UI stuff, but it wasn’t really ready for me. so i spent rest of the day playing the American version of Immortals WEE ENGLISH!

End of the day, went back to the apartment (coming to the sad realization, its not a hotel) order take away chat abit on MSN, Sleep

2nd March

As explained, today we were going to meet up wit Sevin’s friend (LuoYi) and get a free 1 day tour of XiaMen, in a warm car! omg i cant stress it enough WARM. i have quite alot of pictures for this.. but i cant seem to upload them.. so if any of you want to see.. MSN first.. i will arrange something i figure how to get stuff uploaded via proxy.

Moving on, we had lunch at a local chain beef steak restaurant, really good food. See the pics then will understand le. Went to SM mall, did some shopping, bought a can of hairwax.. at WalMart… and stupidly realised they had Watson that sold Moving Rubber… wasted 8 SGD… lelong ar.. pm me if u want it. Walk around learnt from Luo Yi the tips and tricks of shopping at China, some really funny facts.. So day 1 of shopping, its kinda like research, don’t buy until your certain its CHEAP.

After Lunch and shopping, we went to Tan Kah Kee Memorial, I don’t know if you know this guy but he basically set up alot of schools in Singapore and has a headless turtle as a tomb, and is visited almost everyday. Pretty much it. Another place is a very big compound that hosted the 2007 FlowerFest, its not tourist season, so it was like damm desolated.. empty almost. Its quite an educational place, that showcases buildings from different cultures in and out of China, Singapore had a baby Merlion there, oh well.

After the sightseeing we moved on to Dinner, we had Xiao Fei Yang [Little Fat Sheep] Kawaii name rite.. but its gonna be eaten anyway -.- Its a mutton hotpot, really warms the body, and extremely tasty. I strongly recommend anyone that loves or hates mutton to give it a shot.

Dinner over, back to the 5 star hotel for a nights rest and prepare for work OMFG
