30th March 08 – Sunday

Sunday its the day.. modeling is the game XD alright so yesterday night I was able to get Max9 installed and I worked till abt 12+ to pratice some stuff.. so today woke up looking foward to doing some modeling for myself and not for the sake of assigments.. its really enjoyable I find doing what you want :p

Morning
Basically I was the earliest up and started working on My Desert Eagle till abt 10+ then realised its more important to get a model that can be animated and stuff if not it would be just a “nice” model useless in games whatsoever.. so yea I stopped on my DE and researched on a P90 its just a rifle suggested by hongyi so I decided to give it a shot… so ya I worked on that till my Max crashed and to my horror I didnt save.. and I couldnt find that autoback thingy previous versions of max had ~.~ lucky they just change the directory.. got my work back work on it saving as often as I rmb.. Max9 also lacks the Polygon Counter feature that has been there at 8.. another way is to activate it in you viewport preferences.. should be quite obvious.. but if dont know just come disturb me so yea finised the rough shape and form and went along for lunch!

Lunch
Today ordered from the very expensive stall ~.~ gt.. [MaPo Tofu], [Stir-fry Kangkong] and [Roasted Chicken].. the food was ok but the delivery guy bought the wrong thing over -.- so we had to wait another half – 1 hour for the correct orders to come.. so got done with that and I contiued working on my modelling and stuff

Afternoon/Evening
So basically quite boring, I spent the whole afternoon and evening working on detailing my P90.. and a Sighting Scope.. not to self.. pratice using Smoothing groups more… I cant seem to make them work in my advantage =/ so ya I did that till it was time for Dinner..

Dinner
For Dinner I was feeling damm lazy and then everyone end up order food from the old stall lol….. So ordered [Braised Cockles], [Stir-fry Squid] and [Stir-fry kang kong] yes again.. its the best tasting veggie there is le seriosuly.. The squid not deboned de.. and there some white stuff squeezed out at the end there.. someone enlighten me on that.. really dont noe wad it is.. yea so basically thats for dinner

Well today end up working on my own stuff.. then while typing she came online so now I am chatting.. I very guai today… nvr play game or wad XD oh yea did I mentioned that starting from 1st April I will be going to work at 9 its a new timetable.. yap ok I going back to msn le Overtin here, you are there so bye bye from me!

29th March 08 – Saturday

WA!~ sat le wor!~ lolx ok so today we will be going out with sev fren to play or something just relax and thats more or less it today we were supposed to meet at 11 but somehow i slp till 8 plus then wake up le -.- i wonder when my body will learn to enjoy sleep more oh well.. so go up took a bath.. went to play some wolfteam.. then some CS
and time just flew and it was 11 le so yup lets start the day.

Morning
So sev fren game over then we just play abit more CS talk abit.. got changed then went down to his dad car and be bought to places usually other attachement students wouldnt go XD, first off we went to this wierd slope where stuff actually rolled uphill! my bottle of coke really go up hill sia.. fark no vid cam if not i would have taken some pics and since this is not a science blog… I wouldnt want to explain the theory behind it but its more or less a visual illusion.. will post abt it if people wanna know.. so ya after abit of time on the slope we decided to go up hill for lunch

Lunch
Today we went to a farmers resturant.. basically its like kampongs and stuff really rural but with some concrete houses and stuff but things are really simple.. disregarding the fact that they have TV and stuff on a hill…. but its the 20th century… adapt or die… so ya sev frens dad orderd [Claypot Chicken]Cooked in a claypot with some simple chinese herbs and spices. [Duck Soup]Duck, ginger and maybe some stuff I dont know off boiled into a really nice soup. and [Stiry-Fry Veg]The veggies is like green in colour, but its inside is actually purple in color rich in iron and tastes really good. Well smart me I used my HP to take some low quality pics so yea got stuff to see! The food was really good and to be honest.. Chickens and Ducks allowed to run about… tast HELL ALOT BETTER than those kept in cages.. so yea carry on with the day.

Afternoon
After lunch we walking along a beach that is like… from our hostel till all the way to the city.. basically it is LONG la.. so we just got down at some musical park and walked along the beach talk about stuff keep walk and stop take the car drive abit to another section walk somemore basically its just taking in some fresh air and talking about stuff and learning abit of CHina’s history… so at the end of the beach we took the car to a EXPO hall walk like crazy rounds but cant find a way in… so ya more or less wasted trip… so after that we got on our way back to the hostel..

Evening/Dinner
Basically spent the evening playing WT, CS and some WarCraft and thats pretty much it she actually call me using a payphone half way during my CS game XD wa kao… she call I own sev with AWP sia… its like boost like that XD so just finished the call play abit more and dinner came.. today dishes are [Water-Cooked Beef],[Onion fried with Egg] and [Stir-fry Xiao Bai Chai] i going to go all out here and say.. the guy that delivers the food is damm irritating asking here asking there abt nothing that has to do with him.. crap… and the food… also tasted like crap because lunch was too good =x but still finish the food and lala~

After that i played abit more warcraft and is now waiting for my colleage to help me get a working version of 3DsMax so I can finish my DE… today quite nice got out get some fresh air.. got away from the city abit.. and i think SG should have more places like these.. yea and tonight I wonder will she call me? coz I miss her voice liao =x ok la I think I go play abit more and hopefully get a working ver. of the 3D program that I need.. get some stuff done.. and sleep I guess.. so yup thats all for the day! weeeee Friday again tml is Saturday liao leh! XD ok so today supposed to do finish those input stuff… then should be free le bah not too sure yet.. ok so off to work!

Morning

Today on the way out half-way I realized that I forgot to bring my card ~.~ for tapping time de… but abit late liao… so I kinda decided to get to work… and not be late trying to get the card.. so on the way I buy breakfast again [SoyaBean Milk + Glutinous Rice Chicken] its like ba zhang in a sense. So buy le go office went outside eat then start work le lo.. my net tio cut yesterday coz surf youtube XD so I kinda got abit of work done first before I asked for them to allow me to go online XD

so I finished my work.. got my net surfed around till about Lunch

Today we eat the [Burgers] again, same thing no pic… Oh ya.. one of my colleagues also borrowed my camera for some of his own thing.. so over the weekend no pics :/ but I guess its fine.. what i missed I will take again to put back k so after that play CS then its once again back to work.

Afternoon/Evening

So more or less I finished everything, so he pass me something to do again.. damm simple copy paste job.. I already so trained in that I finished in less than an hour =X So… I DO 3D MODELING! lolx coz Sev dug around the servers and found the installer wa rao I so happy… spam do XD my colleague still say nice wor XD I did a Desert Eagle just to let U guys know.. so do awhile help translate thing awhile.. do here do there.. then went for meeting… meeting just talking about some stuff that needs to get done and what we have done the past week and such.. after meeting I got a Translation thingy to do again but was told can hand in by Monday.. so I did the basic translation leaving the art stuff to Mon morning then went to do my DE again.. almost done le so i sent it to my email and packed up for hostel.

Dinner

On the say back take away agains… Today ish.. [Braised Tofu and Egg] and [Cockles cooked in some way] so simple stuff.. but dropped my Egg when eating -.-!! No i didnt waste it.. I go wash then eat XD dont eeeeee rah WONT DIE DE! ya so I faster eat liao then looking forward to finish modelling my DE!!!!!

well thats stupid ok.. the version from the office didnt work… and i spent rest of the night trying to figure it out… omg fark tard…… I so wanted to finish my model.. and that max dont work.. I will either buy a copy of max (ChinaVer.) or get it from my office on Mon.. no matter wad I WILL GET IT DONE! ok so basically like that she whole day watch DVD ~.~ siann oh ya tml we going with Sev fren again to play just before he leaves for SG again.. so anyway Overtin says bye and see you tomorrow! Ok so got back to work, and me and Sev thinking of wether wanna buy wacom over here to play.. so we ask the IT guy how much is the wacom.. then wa sei 600RMB nia! kao 120sgd for a Graphrie2 quite ok rite.. then i ask if intuos3 how much.. he go call check the shop blah blah… Graphie2 no more stock.. cheapest intuos3 1200rmb -.- but no comfirmed answer.. coz i nt very sure its the one I want.. so he say will bring us down this weekend to see if we want.. so do abit more then got back to hostel

Dinner
Today i decided to eat the very nice [Instant Noodle] so on the way back i takeaway some [Potato and Pork Stir-Fry] Healtier.. gt more nutrients :p then buy finish the takeaway on the way back I more or less decided I might nt be getting the wacom here.. I really dont see the point after awhile.. just play with illustrator lor :/ unless i see a cheap one with decent pressure sensitivy then can le D:D So gt back to the hostel.. sat down finish Dinner

Well basically after dinner, I sat down turned on my MAC and did some graphics on my illustrator.. then Sev go mess with the CS we gt frm the office… then i lala liao… i switch to my windoze and we lan till like abt 9.40 then i start typing.. games will really be the death of me.. Got to work… bought some breakfast, [2 eggs and a Packet of SoyaBean] went to the outdoor place, got some pics and had my breakfast… the Packet need to bite open the top to insert the straw in.. not like cup poke can le… but its 60cents RMB cheaper.. yes cheapskate… but 60Cents RMB does go a long way considering how much I can spend here T_T… after Breakfast went back to my seat sat down went to HWZ forums to greet my new suffering butties.. and slowly open my work to do.. basically I have learnt to drag on my stuff so that I feel that I am productive.. got that done.. abit then went for Lunch

Today we order burgers… so that no need fan.. go there and write can liao… then when ordering saw someone interviewing for a 2D artist job @_@ too bad don dare ask to peek at the folio… oso don really feel like asking.. so while waiting went to get some CS action… play abit then had my lunch… same old stuff… so nt much explanation… so getting back to CS.. today damm sian.. they keep change game mode.. cant even get the feel right haiz.. so just anyhow play anyhow kill… tml i going back to wolfteam to play some of the new weapons updated today so back to work yar

So i finised that input thing and pass it up.. then he ask me to double check just in case.. so anything I checked comfirm correct liao then send back… after awhile I was told to edit more UI for the game… and…….. many thanks…. a artist with a comp that dosent have a active USB port to plug in a freaking wacom… WEEE “THANKS” I asked the hardware guy and was told to change machine with someonelse… ok la FARK YOU I was damm pissed i edited the UI without my wacom… my colleage ask me to pass it up by tml 5… i pass to him by today 5.30.. I finished it in like 1 hour.. while looking at websites… sorry a faulty USB wont stop me.. so got back to the hostel pleased with my lighting speed :p

Today da pao from usual place also… actually gt 1 of our apartment mates ask us go eat bbq buffet de… but kinda decided that can go on weekend.. coz weekday go abit sians… considering tml need work.. cant play hard enough.. so today I ordered [Stir-fry Cauliflower] and [Stir-Fry Fatty Pork] ok ok lor.. edibale wont lao sai.. thats all XD

UGHHH its Monday again.. its drag your ass to work day again! Ehh today I bring some instant porridge to work.. yesterday at the Supermarket buy de… ITS SUCKS!@ wa lau its like pouring water on to cornflakes (which is supposed to be showerd with milk) and it is salty…. I actually thought it was porridge as in rice la… Should I blame the company for the misleading image or my lack of Chinese knowledge? I guess both… but any… I slurped up abit.. and threw the rest away lolx.. then the morning was basically wasted… coz I already finish my work.. so i went to the hardwarezone forums to look around.. and chanced upon an NYP FYP thread… LOL so many nypians going through the same freaking pain.. just that I am going through it in China.. I guess I will post a link tml… I kinda forgot =x so I like spammed on the thread… and look at all the funny stuff on EDMW lolx… so just did that till abt Lunch

Today order [Stir-fry Fatty Pork Set] er… i nt too sure if its my fault…. or the person forget to order 1 set… so end up me and sev played CS till the other set arrived… -.- but lucky I wasn’t in any pain in a gastric sense.. coz I had that crap for breakfast.. Basically the whole morning we thinking about what to do.. keep dicuss.. and decide.. drag drag drag.. till until damm hungry.. and anyhow decide on the Zhong Shan Lu.. to get some food first.. lols so we prepare then set off.. don noe what time reach.. but we went to walk about first.. zzzz the giodarno cardigan I aiming no stock.. hope nxt week go other place might have -.- but anyway walk awhile and went for lunch le lor

Today went to some taiwan restaurant and order [Hotplate Chicken Set] alot of stuff sia not bad, later post pic can see hahas.. and i realised that every weekend I will order something served on a hot black thingy.. First week Steak, Second week Spagetting Now the Chicken.. hahax.. so eat finish we decided to walk around zhong shan lu and suan le

Basically we went around shopping.. but no rewards hahas.. so we went to a Supermarket and get some stuff lols.. erm got some of the really tasty Cup noodles :p Fruit jelly with fruit inside.. then we together got a grilled or baked chicken for dinner lols.. then after that que for damm fking long zzz to pay for the stuff and this auntie like cut us.. then say I pay first… CCB!~ we 3 stare at her.. then the cashier tell her wait.. wa kao… my impression of China really getting worse -.- but anyway.. it hasn’t be that good.. all I can say.. they really like to “zuo suay” themselves.. people already say you le.. still go do let people see… I really nothing to say.. so after that.. took a bus back to the hostel we slack there till about 6 then order dinner

Well we order 2 Dishes and 3 Packs of rice, and the Chicken we got earlier so is.. [Stir-fry Bittergourd] [Stir-fry Kangkong] and [Baked/Grill Chicken] then settle lor hahas.. the kao eh.. they use plastic bag to fking micro wave the chicken ~.~ ZZZZ but ya.. just eat abit.. then eat more veggie..

After that I play some WT.. talk to my mum.. talk to my rommies.. and now typing this entry actually waiting for her to call.. but it seems shes baking so.. wait awhile see if she call lor :p

Well its finally here I guess.. so basically things didnt go as planned and we will not be going to gu lang yu, coz sev family has already booked a tour guide or something.. so pretty much I have to whole day to myself :p

Woke up and keep lai chuang since there wasnt anything to do.. took a bathe and washed up.. started to do some php stuff.. and I more or less conclude.. that dw sucks on mac.. but ya I’ll just have to work around it and make it work! hahax so after awhile of trial and error.. decided to do some gfx stuff first then continue.. so do abit here do abit there basically just cleaning up some stuff.. till about lunch time

Today we order 2 dishes me and lingling another apartment mate the gm’s sectary.. [Stir-Fry KangKong] and [Stir-Fry Fatty Pork] then with rice… oh and after that.. I watch the TV about the Taiwan election thing… all I can say.. I dont really get it.. but anyway.. none of my business..

Afternoon-Evening
Well after lunch I realised the light in my room has blown.. but ya I just left it since the girl asked me to wait for the guy that will be coming over later today to collect the bills and stuff.. after that today I damm good boy ok.. I neaten my bed.. sort of stuff for shipping.. I guess I will get more stuff and then send all at once.. yes its because I am a lazy ass.. hahas so done with that I played WT… all I can say.. damm sick of 1 on 1s… feel so sian just owning somre tards constantly.. haiz… so kinda lost track of time keep playing and playing.. till the guy collect money de came over.. I help change the light bulb.. but careful not to touch any wires.. coz I want to go back in 1 piece.. even though I know theres people out there wishing to see me dead lolx.. so after that change le.. went on to dinner

Today had [Instant noodles] coz of the rain.. we kinda agreed that its not very nice to call someone to send stuff over in the rain.. so just cook some.. mine is a Hot and Sour Vermicilli thingy.. quite nice.. but spicy.. most Singaporeans can take.. Sour.. I guess I am one of the few guys that enjoy it.. and NO I AM NOT FREAKING PREAGNANT! lolx

After that hand a 40min+ talk with her… not my apartment mate… haiz.. I seriosuly wanna go back.. loneliness is not something I like to deal with.. I like being an hyper retard making people laugh.. but anyway.. I guess its all for the better… With this 3months in my Resume.. I might get an edge or some better pay.. provided my work improves.. It like crap now I guess… Jiayou for myself

Oh ya, today she went out to buy ingridents for baking.. Firday!!!! ITS THE BLOODY WEEKENDS!!! ITS COMING I TELL YOU!!! COMING!~! Seriously over-reacting huh? BUT ITS THE WEEKENDS!!!! WEEKENDS!!! lol.. ok enough of that ya.. ok so today, had to finish the input of weapons, and thats pretty much it.. ok so off to work!!

On the way to work we got breakfast at a mobile stall, gt sell buns beancurd drink eggs simple stuff, so I got [Beancurd and a (Rou Bao) Meat Bun] quite nice I thought, either that or I am just hungry XD, then after that I went on to do some work, and got like got all of it done, and passed it to my colleage, but then theirs another part to that input, which I got to know of 5mins after i passed it up.. lolx but ya did abit and procceded to Lunch.

Boring crap! Its burgers again! Eh but its nice la.. so sat on the seat ate, and its time for CS! All I can say the warcraft mod is so faxing ghey!~ can buy like respawn scrolls… add hp.. super jump.. super speed.. its like CS superhuman mode.. so play play play

So kept at the same thing till almost blind… lazed abit.. chatted with her.. and agreed on this… she will try to learn CS and play games with me :p and I will learn cycling.. I AM IN FOR SO MUCH ASS WHOPPIN! -.- but anyway.. really happy that she willing to try play games with me hehe :p ok so chat and work.. work and chat.. and its 6 again and its time to go.. oh ya I finished everything but was asked to pass it up on Monday, I guess.. less clutter maybe?

So on the way back ordered some takeaway.. and got 2 dishes and rice.. [Stir-Fry Beansprouts] and [Potato and Meat Stir-Fry] yup so same stall the food around the same more or less… quite ok lor yup after that now typing entry lor.. maybe later go edit some pics for posting..

Turns out my DET buddy wont be away.. coz ling ling say she would bring me and him and his family around to gu lang yu, but nothing comfirmed yet.. so we will see about that ya.. So ya today has more or less ended, just really glad that I can finally play some games with her :p and hopefully learn how to cycle.. cycle with her.. and put the bike at home to some use.. its really rotting.. frankly speaking I am not too sure if its still in 1 piece, or already has turned into dust =x but ya thats all I guess.. before I go..
